Built in accordance with the Frankfurt-Ginnheim height-agreement, two house parts mirroring each other together form a harmonious whole. The proportions and measures of the new buildings will merge effortlessly with the surroundings marked by pre-war villas, transcribing their formative language to modern times. A generous entree guides the way to the entrances, set side by side in the central stone risalit. The remaining, brightly plastered facades, lined and structured by horizontal string courses, rise from a stone base. Rounded building corners cite a typical motif of Frankfurt's Gründerzeit houses while carefully designed natural stone elements, window surrounds and fittings mirror the solid in- and exterior design. The apartments on the mezzanine floors open up to the south east towards park-like gardens lined with old trees. The upper floors profit from expansive views across the city.
