JJH Architekten GmbH have applied numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the largest possible protection of personal data for users of this website. Specific purposes and legal basis for data processing – using the website in general
If you are using our website for purely informative purposes without registration or transferring any other information (e. g. Via Email), we will only collect data transferred to our server from your browser (so-called “Server-Logfiles”). The processing of this data takes place in accordance with art. 6 par. 1 let. f GDPR (EU-data protection act)on the basis of our legitimate interest on improving the performance and stability of our website. Any other use or transfer of data is not taking place. We do however reserve the right to analyze Logfiles in hindsight if there is any sign of illegal usage.

Specific purposes and legal basis for data processing
If you get in touch via Email, personal data will be collected for the sole purpose of answering your request and the respective technical administration purposes. Legal basis for the processing of data is our legitimate interest in answering your request according to  art. 6 par. 1 let. f GDPR. If you approach us for the purpose of concluding a contract, additional legal basis for any data processing is art. 6 par. 1 let. b GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully dealt with. This is the case when a final review proves that the situation is resolved and we are not legally required to keep data from being removed.

Recipients or categories of recipients
Your data will not be passed on. There is no transfer to third countries.

Deletion periods
The person responsible for processing data handles and saves personal data of the person concerned only for the duration required for storage purposes and in accordance with the respective European or other legally binding regulations that the controller is subject to. If the storage purpose is redundant or a data storage period required by the European or other competent regulatory authority expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted routinely and in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Right of withdrawal
In the case of consent chosen as legal basis: You have the right to withdraw a consent once given to process your data at any given time. In the case of withdrawal, we will delete the respective data immediately, given that a further processing does not rely on any legal basis. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the handling of data before the withdrawal on the basis of initial consent.

Right of appeal
According to art. 77 of the GDPR, you may notify the data protection control body mentioned above or any other data protection authority if you feel that your data has not been used in accordance with the GDPR. The data protection authority in our case is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit – Postfach 3163 – 65021 Wiesbaden.
