The western entrance to the Europaviertel is marked on both sides of the boulevard by 60-metre-high skyscrapers. These skyscrapers rise above the skyline of the five- to seven-storey block structures along Europaallee and serve as iconic landmarks for orientation within the urban landscape.

The form of the planned twin towers, approximately 54 and 60 metres high and connected only by glass bridges, responds to this and gradually breaks away from the orthogonal grid of the building blocks along the boulevard. On the upper floors, the façades begin to curve – first almost imperceptibly, then increasingly and more distinctly – in concave and convex directions until, at the top, they swing back and forth in an expressive bend.

A low, five-storey building on Eppenhainer Straße frames the site from the east, extending to the depth of the neighbouring development, and thus mediates between high and low-rise buildings. The building envelope is exceeded here by approximately 18.5 m.

The building mass is distributed across these towers, which are of equal floor area but offset from one another; the eastern, lower tower recedes 5.40 m southwards from the building line and opens out onto a forecourt at the main entrance. The vertical circulation, bathed in natural light, is situated in the approximately 6 m wide gap between the towers.
